The Pets in my Family
In our house I have 7 fish, 1 gecko, 4 caterpillars and my papa has a dog. Now outside I have a cat, Justin has a cat, I have a horse, Lucas has a pony, and our family has 12 chickens and 1 rooster. Each kid has his or her own chicken. Except Sam and Justin. It doesn't interest them too much. We have 3 Bardrocks, 3 Road Island Reds, 1 Black Sexlink, 2 Golden Sexlinks and 2 Ostralarps. The names are not spelled right. They might be right, who knows.I think that is a lot of pets. You know what's cool.....our neighbors have 22 chickens, 1 rooster and 2 turkeys, now that's cool. Oh you can't forget our other dog Joe. He is really our neighbor's dog. But he's at our house most the time. He slept on our porch during the summer. He is so much fun. Especially in the winter. We have fun with all of our pets.

Our Huge Garden
Our Garden is HUGE!!!!! We planted all sorts of things. We planted two types of corn, twelve types of tomatoes, two types of onions, four or five types of carrots, 7 types of peppers,
2 types of cabbage, 1 type of chive, one type of celery, two types of pumpkins, one type of potato, 4 or 5 types of squash, 3 types of cucumbers, 1 type of watermelon, and 1 type of cantaloupe. I say that's about it. Our corn did not do so well. Our tomatoes did good. Our peppers did awesome. Our onions did OK. Our celery did terrible. It died before we got any. Our carrots did OK. They are still growing. Our pumpkins did good. We picked every last one this morning around 9 o'clock. Our potatoes did good. We have eaten all of them. I hope we will plant more next year. All our squash did very good. Our cucumbers did good. Our cantaloupe didn't do too well. We had to feed all of them to the chickens because they tasted like onions. Our watermelon did OK. We only got two small ones. They did taste good though. There is our garden and all about it. I did not go into too much detail, O'well.

Justin is also my big brother. If I had to pick a brother that I thought had the most in common with me it would be Justin. He is growing into a very strong young man too. He works at Fischer's Shop in Randle,WA. Justin is very cool. He brings me stuff that he finds in the woods or at Fischer's, like bugs or lizards. One time he brought me home a salamander, but something happened to it. Although I am not going to tell you what happened. He also brought me a chrysalis, I do not know if it is alive, I am hoping. He is a blessing.
Papa is wonderful, he is pretty handsome too. He is a pastor. He is not just a pastor, he is a good pastor. He is amazing, he knows a bunch. I love him bunches and he loves me bunches. God is Amazing
A little bit before Sam was born I went to Longview and Portland with my papa. We went to a lot of different places. Our very last stop was a Christan Book Store. All day I had been looking for a little stuffed animal for Baby Sam. Anyway, at this Christan Book Store there were some animals but they just weren't the type I wanted. There were a few but they were too expensive for me. There was one animal that was very much so what I wanted. And before I looked at the price I prayed to God and asked him to make it in my price range which was $5. After I prayed I looked at the price and it was $4.98. Is God amazing of what? Actually when the lady at the counter rung it up it was somewhere around $4.80. GOD IS AMAZING!

My Lovely Horse
My horse is an amazing animal. Her name is Dot. She is a brown Appaloosa with a white bottom with brown spots. She makes me very, very happy. I don't know what got me thinking about jumping but for some reason I thought about jumping. Anyway I set two round logs up and then I got a long stick and I put one end on one log and put the other end on the other log. And she is a good jumper. She cannot jump very high, maybe 2 ft. She also will be laying down in the field and I will go and sit on her and make her stand up while I am on her. She is lots of fun.

Will Spring Ever Come?

Here is a picture of our front yard on the 26th of February. Does God have a sense of humor or not? I'm pretty sure that He does. How about you? I think it is so pretty to look at, but I am truly tired of snow. I would not mind snow if it was warm...flowers could grow, I could ride my horse, we could plant a garden, and last but not least go bare foot. Then I would not mind the snow at all. Guess what? While I'm sitting here typing it is snowing very little flakes outside. Once again I say God has a sense of humor.
